MOVEMENT PROGRESSION
Support That Makes a Difference
By systematically progressing your movement program with regular pilates sessions you can expect to experience improvement in balance, proprioception, core strength, total body conditioning and improved posture.
REHABILITATIVE PILATES PROGRAMS
Pilates programs can help improve coordination, balance, range of motion and core strength, while also helping alleviate pain and discomfort.
Whether you are looking to rehabilitate from surgery, train for a marathon or learn to navigate with a disability, rehabilitative pilates sessions give you the confidence to make change.
"Six years ago, at 70 and with chronic back pain, I signed on with Academy Pilates. I feel healthier now than I did then, thanks to Jen, a science-based, trained and experienced instructor with a sense of humor. Only regret: not having begun sooner", John Moeling, former Editor in Chief, Scientific America
SEMI-PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to maintain a balanced body. After several sessions, you will become familiar with gait and postural adjustments, core strengthening and balance exercises.
